Such measures are intended to protect the Platform, users, and counterparties.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR, PCI DSS, and other mandatory standards. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LazyTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. LazyTrade's aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees actually paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim, unless a higher limit is required by mandatory law or agreed in contract.

9. Suspension and Termination

LazyTrade may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, your agreement, applicable law, or if suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified. You may discontinue use of the Service by contacting support, subject to obligations that arose before the termination date.

10. Changes to the Terms

LazyTrade may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, through the Platform interface, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
